Ingredients

1/3 cup butter, melted

1 1/3 cup graham wafer crumbs

1/4 cup sugar

1 envelope dream whip

1/2 cup COLD milk

1/2 tsp vanilla

250 g cream cheese

1 can of favourite pie filling (cherry)

Preparation

Mix butter, graham wafer crumbs and sugar. Press into pan. Bake at 375 for 8 minutes. Cool

Beat 1 envelope of dream whip with a little less than 1/2 cup COLD milk. Add 1/2 tsp vanilla. Continue beating 2 minutes while adding 250 g of cream cheese (cut in chunks).

Pour on top of cooled crust. Top with canned cherry pie filling.

Allow to mellow for a few hours before serving.
