Ingredients

Here it is:

Depending on size of pie pan and peoples tastes you can adjust amount of Rhubarb and Strawberries!

2 Cups chopped Rhubarb

2 Cups sliced Strawberries

1 to 1 1/2 Cup Sugar

3 Tbsp Tapioca (add another Tbsp if fruit and/or Rhubarb is frozen!)

Preparation

Mix all together and let stand 20 minutes before putting in pie shell. Bake at 400 for 35-40 minutes
