Ingredients
1 pound of ground beef
½ cup unseasoned white bread crumbs
2 eggs
¼ cup chopped fresh parsley
1 clove of garlic finely chopped
½ cup grated parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
Olive oil for frying
Preparation
Combine ingredients in a bowl. Knead the mixture with your hands until smooth. Shape into golf ball size, and then flatten with the palm of your hand into oval shape. Fry in oil and drain on paper towels if you like.
