Ingredients
8 medium baking apples, large tart green
1 cup brown sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 cup flour
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup water
Preparation
Put peeled quartered and cored apples into buttered baking dish. Add water. Mix the rest as crumbs and put on apples.
Bake @375 for 40 minutes Serve warm with milk, cream or ice cream
