Ingredients
2 cans cream style corn
1 pkg Mexican corn bread mix
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped bell pepper
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
3 eggs
Preparation
Mix everything together. Spray a casserole dish with non-stick spray. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
