Ingredients

2 - Large cans of tuna fish in spring water (preferably a name brand)

1 - One pound Package of Elbow noodles

1 - cup of fresh picked sweet peas (or fresh frozen)

5 - Large tablespoons of Miracle Whip or mayo (add or subtract for individual taste)

3 - (Optional) Stalks of fresh celery cut in tiny pieces

2 - Tablespoons of salt (add or subtract salt for individual taste or for health reasons)

Preparation

  1. Cook noodles El-Dente in large pot, adding peas during last three minutes to save on number of dishes to clean.

  2. Strain noodles/peas, refrigerate in large bowl for one hour or until very cold.

  3. Add Miracle Whip, drained tuna, celery, salt and mix

  4. Refrigerate 15 minutes and then serve
