Ingredients
1 pkg. large pitted dates
Filling
1 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese (room temp)
1/4 cup mayonaise
1/4 cup sugar
1 t. vanilla
splash of pineapple juice
1 jar maraschino cherries
Preparation
Slice an opening along the long side of each date to create a well. Mix all the filling ingredients well. Fill each date with cream cheese mixture. Top with one cherry. Refrigerate until ready to serve. For best presentation, serve on a dainty holiday plate.
