Ingredients

1 cup flour

1/2 teasp sugar

1/2 teasp salt

4 T cold butter

4 T cold margarine

3 T ice water

Preparation

  1. Mix dry ingredients and place in food processor. Pulse a few seconds.
  2. Add butter and margarine (cut into pieces) and pulse about 8 seconds, until pea-sized pieces.
  3. Add 3 T ice water and process till combined.
  4. Pat out into 4-in round. Wrap and let rest in refrigerator at least one hour before rolling.

Once rolled, it is ready to cook
