Ingredients

3-4 chicken breasts

3/4 cups fresh bread crumbs

3/4 cups fresh parmesan cheese

2 T. Fresh Rosemary chopped

1/3 cup olive oil

Salt and pepper

Preparation

Preheat broiler with rack in highest position. Mix bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, Rosemary and salt and pepper in food processor. Cut chicken breasts into 1/2" x 3pm slices. Dip chicken pieces into olive oil, lightly. Generously coat with bread crumb mixture. Place on broiling pan. Broil for 8-10 on each side or until golden brown and crispy.
