Ingredients

2 cups sugar

3 cups flour

1/2 cup cocoa

2 teaspoons baking soda

1 teaspoon salt

2 teaspoons vanilla

2 teaspoons vinegar

2/3 cup oil

2 cups cold water

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Sift sugar, flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt into a 9x13 pan (I don’t have a sifter so I just put everything through a sieve)

Make three separate holes in mixture and put in vanilla, vinegar, oil.

Pour the cold water over all and stir gently until completely combined and evenly spread. Bake for 30-40 minutes.
