Ingredients

2 Tbl of Olive Oil

3 tsp jarred chopped garlic

2 Tbl dried basil

2 14 oz cans of diced tomatoes

1 8 oz can tomato sauce

Dash or more of hot pepper sauce

16 to 20 large shrimp shelled and deveined

Preparation

Preheat a heavy 12" skillet add the olive oil, basil and garlic saute for about 3 minutes.

Add the chopped tomatoes, and the tomatoe sauce. Simmer on low for about 15 minutes.

Add the raw shrimp simmer on medium heat for 3 minutes and turn over shrimp and repeat other side.

Add the hot pepper sauce to taste and serve over cooked angel hair pasta.
