Ingredients
Aunt Nan’s Mustard
In a double boiler, mix well -
1/2 cup dry mustard
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup light cream (half and half)
1/2 cup vinegar
Pinch of salt
1 slightly beaten egg
2 tsp liquid honey
Preparation
Put first 6 items over heat - add liquid honey. Cook 10-15 minutes until thick
