Ingredients
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 cup apple jelly
1/2 cup ketchup
1 tablespoon vinegar
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
Preparation
Mix the first three ingredients together and rub over outside of pork tenderloin.
Cook tenderloin as your normally would in the oven but pour the mix below over it for the last 15 minutes of cooking.
Boil together the jelly, ketchup, vinegar, and chili powder.
