Ingredients
2&1/2 cups finely crushed vanilla wafers
2 tablespoons cocoa
1 cup confectioner’s sugar
1 cup finely chopped walnuts (I usually substitute pecans)
3 tablespoons white corn syrup (Karo)
1/4 cup bourbon
Bowl of sifted confectioner’s sugar
Preparation
Mix wafer crumbs, cocoa, sugar, and nuts. Add corn syrup and bourbon. Blend well. Roll into one inch balls. Roll each in sifted sugar until covered.
