Ingredients

2 Large Eggs

4 8oz cream cheese (may use 1/3 less fat as well but not fat free

1 pint Sour Cream

1 Cup Sugar

1 Tsp Vanilla

(1/2 cup of plain vanilla yogurt is also options and makes the cheesecake even tarter)

1 Graham Cracker Shell (Can be store bought)

Preparation

Mix 3 of the Cream cheese packages, sugar, and eggs at high speed until whipped.

At low speed add sour cream and vanilla (May also yogurt for more tartness)

Pour into graham cracker shell

Bake at 350degrees for 1/2 hour Turn off oven and leave Cheesecake in for 1 hour

Refrigerate for 3 hours before serving
