Ingredients

4 1/2 C. MILK (SCALDED)

1 1/2 C. SUGAR

1/8 TSP. SALT

9 EGG YOLKS

3 TBS VANILLA

6 C. HEAVY CREAM (WHIPPED)

Preparation

MAKE A CUSTARD, STRAIN AND COOL. ADD 3 TBS VANILLA AND 6 C. WHIPPING CREAM. FREEZE AS PER KITCHENAID FREEZER INSTRUCTIONS. TRANSFER TO PLASTIC CONTAINER AND CURE IN FREEZER FOR AT LEAST 2 HOURS BEFORE SERVING.
