Ingredients
1 Can vegeburger
2/3 C - 1 C quick oats
1 Small onion, chopped
1/2 Medium potato, grated
1/2 Tsp salt
1 Tb shoyu
2 Slices WW bread softened in water
Preparation
Mix all ingredients and shape into burgers and bake on oiled cookie sheet at 375 degrees for 15 minutes; turn over and bake for 10 minutes more.
