Ingredients
1 kg Spare Ribs
1 cup Chopped Onions
1 Cup Tomatoe Sauce
1 Cup Water or white wine for pork or red for beef
1/4 Cup Vinega
1/2 Cup brown Sugar
1 Tablespoon H.P. Sauce
1 Tablespoon of Paprika
2 Tablespoons of Dry Mustard
Preparation
Brown the ribs in a fry pan then put the ribs into a casserole dish and cover with the sauce. Place the casserole dish with the lid on and bake for 2 hours at 180 0C (350 0F). After 1 hr turn the oven temperature down to 160 0C (325 0F) to cook the ribs slowly.
