Ingredients

8 Fresh Tomatoes

Elephant Garlic (1 clove)

Bertolli Extra Light Olive Oil

Salt

Preparation

Chop garlic and set aside. Cut Tomatoes in to wedges or large chunks and place in large bowl. Spread garlic over the tomatoes and “drizzle” about 1/4 cup (or less as it does not need much) over the mixture. Salt to taste and let set at room temperature for 1/2 hour before serving. Mix well.
