Ingredients

1 cup graham cracker crumbs

3 Tbsp sugar

1/2 tsp cinnamon

1/4 cup margarine, melted

2 8-oz. pkgs Kraft Philadelphia cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup sugar

2 eggs

1/2 tsp vanilla

4 cups thin peeled apple slices

1/3 cup sugar

1/2 tsp cinnamon

1/4 cup chopped pecans

Preparation

Combine crumbs, sugar, cinnamon and margarine. Press into bottom of 9-inch springform pan. Bake at 350F for 10 minutes.

Combine cream cheese and sugar, mixing at medium speed until well blended. Add eggs 1 at a time. Blend in vanilla and pour over crust.

Toss apples with sugar and cinnamon. Spoon apple mixture over cream cheese. Layer and sprinkle with pecans. Bake at 350F for 1 hour and 10 minutes. Cool - remove rim of pan. Chill.
