Ingredients
Autumn Tart
1/2 Cup Butter
2 Cups Sugar
2 Beaten Eggs
7 Cups Chopped Apple
1 Cup Chopped Walnuts
2 Cups Flour
2 Tsp Baking Soda
1 Tsp Nutmeg
1 Tsp Cinnamon
1 1/2 Tsp Salt
Carmel Sauce
1/2 Cup Butter
1/2 Cup Sugar
1/2 Cup Cream
1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
Preparation
Autumn Tart: Cream butter & Sugar. Stir in beaten eggs, apples and nuts. Stir in “sifted” dry ingredients. Bake 50-60 min at 350 degrees in “greased” 9x13 pan.
Carmel Sauce: Cook all ingredients over low heat for 5 minutes, stirring frequently. Add 1 Tsp Vanilla after removing sauce from heat.
