Ingredients
Avacado
Fresh Tomatoes (Heirloom, Cherry, Roma - freshness rules the day)
Prepared Artichoke hearts.
Olive oil
Balsamic vinegar
Balsamic reduction
Salt and Pepper to Taste
Preparation
Cut up enough avacadoes, tomatoes and artichoke hearts into bite-size pieces so your bowl has an even distribution of each. Splash on some oil and vinegar for a nice flavour, salt and pepper to taste and drizzle a little balsamic reduction onto the mixture when plating.
