Ingredients

1 Avacado (peel and dice)

1 Cucumber (peel and cube)

2 Cups Lettuce (Shredded)

10oz Crushed Pineapple

3 Table Onions (remove the white and dice the greens)

1/2tsp Curry Powder

1/2tsp Lemon Pepper

1/2tsp Ginger Powder

dressing

2Tbsp Mayonais

3Tbsp SourCream

2Tbsp Cream

Preparation

as above crushed pineapple (sear in a small skillet over medium heat; add curry powder, Lemon Pepper, Ginger Powder); cook for five minutes.

you may top with corn chips or dark croutons if you desire texture.
