Ingredients
300 g extra dark (70%) chocolate
100 g white chocolate
1/2 cup smooth peanut butter (natural PB OK)
3/4 cup rice crispies
1/2 cup mini marshmallows
1/4 cup chopped roasted salted peanuts
1/4 cup whole roasted salted peanuts
Preparation
Line rectangular pan with parchment paper. Melt chocolates in separate bowls over simmering water. Once dark chocolate is melted, stir in peanut butter. Stir until smooth and completely melted. Stir in rice crispies, 1/4 cup at a time. Pour dark chocolate mixture into prepared pan. Drizzle white chocolate over dark chocolate, swirl with fork. Scatter marshmallows and peanuts over chocolate, press gently into mixture with flat metal spatula. Allow to set in fridge and cut into small squares with warmed knife.
