Ingredients

4 eggs

1 stick butter/margarine

2 cups sugar

1 cup milk

2 cups flour

2 tsp. vanilla

2 tsp. baking powder

1 tsp. salt

Topping:

1/4 cup butter

1 cup sugar

4 tsp. cinnamon

Preparation

Heat milk and butter together over low heat (do not boil). Beat eggs until light and fluffy. Gradually add sugar, then flour; stir, don’t beat. Add vanilla, baking powder, and salt. Add warmed milk mixture. Bake on sheet cake pan (9"x13") for 35 minutes at 350.

Dot butter on hot cake, sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
