Ingredients
2 large, ripe avocados
2T freshly squeezed lime juuice
2t prepared horseradish
1 scallion (white and green parts), minced
1 garlic clove, minced
1/2t salt
Preparation
In a medium bowl, mash the avocados with a fork. Add the lime juice, horseradish, scallion, garlic and salt. Mix well. Taste and add more lime juice or horseradish if desired. Serve at room temperature.
