Ingredients

1 tomato cubed

1/2 avocado

2 cups chopped lettuce

1 1/2 cup lobster cubed

2 tbsp butter

1 teaspoon seafood seasoning (reccomended Chef Paul Prudhommes Seafood Magic)

1/4 cup feta cheese crumbled

Preparation

In a frying pan melt butter and sautee lobster in seafood seasoning just to warm if precooked lobster or until fully cooked. toss ingredients in a large salad bowl and you are ready to place on the dinner table. You can have this as before dinner salad or as main course in a lite meal.
