Ingredients
1 quart of canola oil
1 avocado, medium firm to the touch
2 large eggs, beaten
1/3 cup of flour
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
dash of salt
1/4 teaspoon of pepper
dash of cayenne
1 Tablespoon finely grated Parmesan Cheese
2 cups of Panko
Preparation
Single or double dip the batter.
Combine parmesan, spices, and flour in a bowl.
Eggs, Flour mixture, then Panko. Fry.
