Ingredients
½ Pint Heavy Cream
1 TBSP Fresh Lemon Juice or Lime
½ C Granulated Sugar
¾ Pint Milk
3 Ripe Avocados
2 TBSP Tequila (optional)
Preparation
Take the avocados, peel & seed them, then put into a blender with the milk and make a puree. Pour the puree into bowl & add sugar, lemon and cream, beat until creamy. Pour into ice cream maker & follow manufacturer’s instructions. As ice cream is churning, pour in Tequila .
Sometimes I add a bit of coconut milk!
Garnish with a pinch of Margarita salt
