Ingredients
2 Avocados
3 sliced green onions
1 can black beans, drained & rinsed
1 cup sour cream
2 limes for juice and zest
1 cup shredded cheese
1 jar salsa
1 bag tortilla chips
Preparation
Peel and mash avocados and sprinkle with lime juice; season with salt and pepper. Layer on the bottom of 9-inch pie plate.
Mix sour cream with lime juice and zest, and chopped green onions. Spoon over avocado layer.
Layer with black beans and top with salsa. Sprinkle with cheese.
