Ingredients
2 medium ripe Haas avocados
2 tomatoes
2 Grapefruits
1/4 cup olive oil
fresh gound pepper
sea salt
Preparation
Cut the avocado and tomato into quarters and then 1/4" slices. Remove the peel from the grapefruit (don’t peel it, just cut it off with a knife), quarter and slice. Add the olive oil, salt and pepper and gently toss. Serve immediately.
