Ingredients
¼ c. veg. oil
¼ tsp. salt
1/8-1/2 tsp. Tobasco
1/8 c. Red wine vinegar
1 can Mexican Style Corn, drained
¼ c.-½ c. Chopped green onions
1/2 cup chopped cilantro (approx. 1/2 bunch)
1 can black beans, drained
1-2 tomatoes, chopped
3 avocados, diced
Preparation
Place the first 8 ingredients together in a bowl and marinate for 4-5 hours or overnight.
Then add the tomatoes and avocados to the marinated mixture and serve with corn tortilla chips.
