Ingredients

1 small tomato per person, sliced lengthwise

1/2 avocado per person, sliced lengthwise

1 tbsp large capers per person

good olive oil

good balsamic vinegar

fresh lemon juice

Preparation

Place tomatoes and avocado on each plate. Pile on capers. Drizzle with olive oil, balsamic, and lemon juice.

Salt and pepper lightly. serve.
