Ingredients

2 Hass avocados

1/4 cup skim milk

3 tbsp low-fat mayonnaise

1/2 tsp salt

2 tbsp lemon juice

Red pepper flakes

1/2 tsp white pepper (optional)

Preparation

Combine the first four ingredients in a bowl. Using a hand blender, cream the mixture until smooth. Then, add lemon juice and red pepper flakes and mix in until completely blended.
