2 ea Avocado ripe peeled coarsley chopped

2 cups Chicken Broth fat-free, less sodium

2 tablespoons Lime Juice fresh

1/4 teaspoon Cumin ground

1/4 teaspoon Black pepper freshly ground

1/8 teaspoon Salt

1 8 Oz Sour cream Reduced Fat

1/4 pound Crab Meat fresh, shell pieces removed

1/2 cup Tomato, Onion and Bell Pepper chopped

Cilantro Leaves optional

Preparation

  1. Combine the first 7 ingredients in a blender or food processor; process until smooth. Cover and Chill!

  2. Comine carbmeat and tomato mixture in a small bowl. Ladle soup into bowls. Top each serving evenly with crabmeat mixture. Garnish with cilantro leaves if desiered.
