Ingredients

4 large tart apples, peeled and sliced

3/4 tsp cinnamon

1/2 cup sugar

3/4 cup all purpose flour

1 9 inch pie shell, unbaked

1/3 cup sugar

6 tbs butter

Preparation

Arrange apples in pie shell. Mix 1/2 cup sugar and cinnamon, sprinle over apples. Mix 1/3 cup sugar with the flour, cut in the butter until crumbly. Sprinkle over apples. Bake at 400 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.
