Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

½ lb ground sausage

2 tbsp chili powder

2 onions

1 tbsp scotch bonnet sauce

1 tbsp oregano

1 ½ tsp good paprika

½ green pepper

½ red pepper

4 garlic cloves

1 ½ large cans diced tomatoes

1 ½ cans dark red kidney beans

½ beer

1 tbsp short cumin

Preparation

Brown the beef and sausage with the onions, garlic, and peppers. Add the spices. Then the tomatoes, kidney beans and beer. Let simmer for about 2 hours. Add a little water if it starts to get too thick. Let cool and refrigerate. Heat up slowly the next day and enjoy.
