Ingredients

5lb cooked ham

1- Jug Apple Cidar

1- Bag of Frozen raspberries

1-Cup Brown Sugar

1/2 bottle honey

1/2 Jar of Dijon Mustard

1-Tbsp Liquid Smoke

Preparation

Marinate the ham in the cidar & raspberries overnight, the longer the better. Preheat oven to 325. Mix the rest of the ingredients in medium bowl. Line pan with foil, and add some of the cidar & raspberries to the bottom. Put ham in, and baste every 20 minutes for 1 hour 15 minutes. Cut & Serve.
