Ingredients
2-1/2 lbs. Spicy Italian Sausage
2 Big White Onions, diced
5 Stalks Celery, diced
2 cans Condensed Chicken w/Rice Soup
1 Cup White Rice
1 Cup Water
3 T Curry
2 T Minced Garlic
Preparation
Saute sausage, curry and garlic. In a large pot, combine onion, celery, soup, rice and water. Add sauted sausage mixture. Mix all ingredients and place in a large, shallow baking dish (4 Qt., 15x10x2). Cover with foil and bake at 375 for one hour. Stir and bake uncovered an additional 10 minutes.
