Ingredients
1lb 93% fat free Turkey Breast. Stay away from the 100% fat free!
1/4 cup breadcrumbs
1/2 cup low-fat buttermilk
2 tablespoon green onions, minced
2 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 dash of Worcestershire sauce
Black pepper, to taste
Preparation
Preheat the grill or broiler. Combine all ingredients and mix well by hand. Either divide mixture into patties or use a hamburger press.
Grill until cooked through, 7 to 10 minutes per side.
