Ingredients
4 squares unsweetend chocoate (I use Bakers)
1 c margarine (I use Parkay)
2 C sugar
1 C flour
4 eggs
2 t vanilla
pinch of salt
2 C miniature marshmallows
1 12 oz pkg Nestles chocolate chips
1 1/2 c chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)
Preparation
Melt chocolate and butter in a saucepan on low heat (microwave can also be used)
Mix together sugar, flour, eggs, and vanilla.
When chocolate mixture has cooled slightly, add to sugar mixture and mix until well blended.
Fold in marshmallows, chocolate chips and nuts.
Pour into a 9x13 baking dish that has been greased and floured (I use Pam w/flour).
