Ingredients
1 Pet deep dish pie shell- slightly cooked (5 min.)
1 1/4 cups sugar
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1 stick margarine softened
1/4 cup flour
1/2 cup milk
1 1/2 cups coconut ( I use sweetened flaked coconut)
Preparation
Beat sugar, eggs, salt, margarine together. Add flour- blend. Blend in milk. Stir in coconut with spoon. Pour into pie filling. Bake 325 for 1 hour.
