Ingredients
4 cps baby bok choy
2 tsp canola oil
2 tsp chopped garlic
2 tsp soy sauce
2 tsp water
Preparation
Cut bok choy in half. Heat oil, add garlic and sautee for 30 secs. Add bok choy and sautee until it wilts. Add soy sauce & water to pan and cook for another minute until tender.
