Ingredients
1 fillet salmon (skinless)
handful of broccoli florets (frozen is ok)
(1oz) unsalted butter
1 tbsp plain flour
5 fl oz milk (breast milk)
30g cheddar cheese
Preparation
- Cook the salmon in the microwave at full temp for 3-4 mins until its cooked completely all the way through. This time may vary for different models.
- Steam the broccoli until cooked. This usually takes about 5/6 mins.
- Melt the butter in a saucepan, add the flour and cook, while stirring for a minute.
- Take off the heat, whisk in the milk.
- Put back on the heat and stir continuously until thickened.
- Blitz the salmon and broccoli in a food processor until it reaches the desired consistency.
- Pour over the cheese sauce and mix in.
