Ingredients
16 oz fresh or frozen peas, cooked until tender
2 Tbsp olive, canola, safflower, or other “healthy” oil
1 Tbsp fresh or dried minced tarragon
*1 Tbsp lemon juice
Preparation
- Cook and drain peas.
- Toss with oil, lemon juice, and tarragon.
- Blend/strain to baby’s puree level.
