Ingredients

16 oz fresh or frozen peas, cooked until tender

2 Tbsp olive, canola, safflower, or other “healthy” oil

1 Tbsp fresh or dried minced tarragon

*1 Tbsp lemon juice

Preparation

  1. Cook and drain peas.
  2. Toss with oil, lemon juice, and tarragon.
  3. Blend/strain to baby’s puree level.
