Ingredients

2T Olive Oil

2T Butter

2T Minced Garlic

1C Sliced Mushrooms

1C Heavy Cream (can use 1/2 and 1/2)

1-2C Dry white wine

2T Old Bay seasoning

1-2C Baby Scallops

1LB Pasta, cooked and drained

Parmesan Cheese

Preparation

Saute garlic until light brown, add mushrooms and cook until tender. Add cream and bring to a boil, simmer 5 minutes. Add 1C dry white wine, up to 2 cups for desired thickness. Simmer 5 minutes and add Old Bay seasoning (to taste, about 2T). Add scallops and cook on stove until desired thickness is achieved. Serve over any type of pasta - we like farfalle. Sprinkly with freshly grated cheese and serve.
