put olive oil in baggie add spices.put peppers ,mushrooms in bag toss until all are coated roast on hot grill until tender cool.remove skin from peppers and slice.refrigerate both. put spinach in large bowl add peppers,mushrooms,tomatoes,jalapeno pepper’s choppen fine toss top with feta cheese.greek or Italian is good
