Ingredients
2 7-oz packages baby spinach
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp sesame oil
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
2 T toasted pine nuts
Preparation
Toast pine nuts in wok or skillet over medium heat, stirring continually. Takes only about 30 seconds!
Saute spinach and garlic in hot sesame oil in a wok over medium high heat 5 minutes or until wilted. Stir in salt and pepper; sprinkle with pine nuts. Serve immediately.
