Ingredients

3 # Beef, cut into bit-sized chunks

6 potatoes, cut into bite-sized chunks

5 onions, diced

tomatoes, 28 oz. can

garlic, 1 whole bulb, crushed

9 carrots, sliced

1 # Green Beans, cut in half

6 zucchini, sliced

2 green bell peppers, diced

2 15-oz cans corn

red wine

1/2 cup molasses

2 cups sour cream

dill

black pepper

Preparation

  1. Brown meat in large pot with onions and garlic.
  2. Add canned tomatoes and vegetables.
  3. Add enough wine to cover stew; add spices and molasses; let simmer for at least one hour.
  4. Serve with a dollop of sour cream.
