Ingredients
1 1/4 self-rising flour
3/4 C cake flour
3/4 t baking powder
1/8 t baking soda
1 T sugar
1/2 t salt
4 T butter (room temp)
4 strips of bacon
1/3 C cheddar cheese
2 T grated onion
1 1/4 C heavy whipping cream (buttermilk)
1/4 reserve cake flour
Preparation
Sift all dry ingredients together(except reserve cake flour); add butter with a fork. Add bacon, cheese and onion. Add heavy whipping cream. Add 1/4 C reserved cake flour.
Bake 425 for 15 min.
